All sleeping accommodations are being arranged by The Glasgow City Marketing Bureau. The Pre-registration / Welcome Mixer will be held at the City Chambers in George Square. All Oral Presentations, Poster Presenations and Exhibits will be at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall in the Strathclyde Suite and Exhibit Hall. The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall is located in the City Centre of downtown Glasgow and is within walking distance of all listed hotels.
The Awards Banquet Dinner and Dance will take place at the Kelvingrove Museum on Argyle Street on Thursday, October 11, 2012. Pre Dinner drinks will be served on the balcony at 1900h. For more information on the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery click HERE.
The conference will begin on Sunday evening with a pre-conference registration and refreshments at the City Chambers from 1700 to 1900 h. On-site registration will be available at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall beginning at 0900 h on Monday and will remain open during conference hours for the remainder of the week beginning at 0730 h daily. The conference will end at 1210 h on Friday.
