AUTHORS SELECTED FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONSARE ENCOURAGED TO ALSO PRESENT A POSTER AT OOXX . Please contact the Meeting Coordinator if you are giving an Oral Presentation and DO NOT wish to present a Poster. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE MEETING COORDINATOR, it will be assumed that you WILL be presenting a poster and a space will be available for you in the poster session.
All posters should be constructed to fit onto a single side of a 4 ft x 4 ft (1.16m by 1.16m) poster board. No electronic poster presentations will be supported. While a limited amount of posting supplies, e.g. push-points and tape, will be supplied by the conference, authors are urged to supply their own to ensure an adequate supply and timely access. Any additional audio-visual equipment can be requested at the time of registration and any additional costs will be billed to the author.
Posters will be set up on Monday, September 27 between the hours of 07:30 and 10:00. All posters will remain on display Tuesday through Thursday. One third of the authors will stand by their posters on Tuesday, September 28th between the hours of 17:30 - 19:00, one third of the authors will stand by their posters on Wednesday, September 29th between the hours of 15:30 - 17:00, and the other third will stand by their posters on Thursday, September 30th between the hours of 17:30 - 19:00. Please note, this arrangement may vary, pending on the number of posters received.
